You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse EasyPost, including but not limited to: violating laws; infringing intellectual property; scraping or abusing rate limits; or attempting to access data without permission.

You retain rights to your content. You grant EasyPost a limited license to process, store, and transmit content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any media you upload or generate.

EasyPost integrates with services like Supabase and Slack. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party outages or policies.

7. Paid Services

If paid plans are enabled, fees are billed as posted. Taxes may apply. Payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.

8. Disclaimers

EasyPost is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error‑free outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will post the latest version on this page.
